1. BARISTA SKILLS FOR BEGINNERS

1. Barista hygiene. Clean as you go.

2. Understanding coffee beans packaging & beans storage

3. Introduction to workstation, machines and accessories

4. What is espresso? understanding the base of coffee beverages.

5. Making espresso shot (setting the grinder & calibration) 

6. Frothing milk & pouring

7. Making various coffee menu.

8. Bonus : Other beverages - green tea latte / chocolate base drink

2. MILK FROTHING & BASIC LATTE ART
DURATION: 2 HOURS
FEES: RM100 (Adult RM200)
 

3. FAST TRACK WORKSHOP (1-2)

DURATION: 4 HOURS
FEES : Student RM230 / Adult RM450
