CFG ACADEMY
CFG ACADEMY'S OBJECTIVE ARE :
To reduce unemployment among the underprivileged (low income, urban poor, non-academic performing youths, second chances) by providing them the access to coffee education and a career in the coffee industry.
CFG ACADEMY'S VISIONS ARE:
Our graduates are able to make excellent coffee while providing high quality customer services.
Our graduates are able to represent the country in international level coffee competitions.
3 MONTHS PROGRAM
The 3 months program is a learn and earn program.
Participants will go through class room activities and perform on the job training.
Financial assistance are available to those eligible.

INTRODUCTION TO COFFEE INDUSTRY
HYGIENE (FOOD HANDLING COURSE)
FARMING (VISIT TO THE COFFEE FARM)
GREEN BEANS & ROASTING
SENSORY & CUPPING
MACHINES & EQUIPMENTS
GRINDING & EXTRACTION
MILK & LATTE ART
